Pushups, squats, sit ups and bridge with kicks. Students will be given a set number between 5-10 of each exercise to perform at the end of a target area and run back and return to start the next exercise. The student who performs all the skills first will be the winner. Will also award 2nd and 3rd place for this event.
The next challenges will be most Punches and Kicks in a set time. The time given will be determined on site, but will be between 30 – 60 seconds. Judges will hold targets for the little warriors and count for them. Or they will have a designated counter provided for them. They will not be allowed to count their own attacks. Most punches and kicks landed on the target will be the winner. Attacks that do not land on the target will not be counted. Students should alternate hands and feet while kicking and punching. Punching and kicking competitions will be done separately.
